The JA programmes are implemented and coordinated by our staff. They work with the school principals, teachers, learners, business partners, business volunteers to realize the JA impact.

Johanna CloeteJohanna Cloete, Country Director
Johanna has been the Country Director for JA Namibia since 1 Feb 2003. She is responsible for daily management of the JA organization. Johanna has a Bachelors of Education (B.Ed) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Before she joined JA, Johanna has gained 24 years banking experience in business development in banks and development finance institutions. She is currently a member of several non-profit boards and chairs most of them and is also a member of the advisory council on education in Namibia.

Rebekka IhuhwaRebekka Ihuhwa, Programs Manager
Rebekka is a JA alumnus who participated in TTBiz as a student at the International University of Management. She has now obtained her degree, and has joined JA as a Programs Manager. Rebekka will be responsible for programme implementation in the central regions, including JA Company, Aflatoun and events.

Valeria HangaloValeria Hangalo,Finance and Administration Officer
My biography is as follow: I started with Junior Achievement Namibia in 2007 as office assistant and in September 2008 I left for !Nara Training Centre where I worked as a finance and administration officer and in 2011 July 4th I came back to JA as finance and administration officer. Valeria finished school at Oshakati Secondary School and completed an Accounting and Finance Certificate at the Institute of Management and Science.

Elton GawesebElton Gaweseb,OOSY Program Coordinator
OOSY Program Coordinator:Elton Gaweseb completed high school at Outjo Secondary School and is focussing on setting up small businesses with young people through the OOSY programme. He enjoys his own business operations where he produces charcoal and loves farming. He has marketing skills and sells easily anything to the next person. He is employed by JA Namibia to service JA Programs in the Kunene south region. However, he assists in the southern regions as well He has a diploma in Marketing and Business Management from Namibia Business Institute, he also holds a Business Management Diploma from Cambridge University and is currently studying towards a degree in Business.

Olivia Amadhila Olivia Amadhila,Aflatoun Program Coordinator
Olivia Amadhila joined Junior Achievement Namibia in 2003 as a member of the sales team. During on in 2004, she became the Managing Director of their JA Mini Company. Olivia is now employed at JA and is responsible for managing the Aflatoun program. She is a final year Student at the Polytechnic of Namibia, studying towards a B.Tech Degree in Public Management majoring in Development Planning.
